These terms of use govern the loyalty program and online service (“service”) provided by Loyella (“Loyella,” “we,” “company”). Using the service requires the user to accept these terms.

2. Description of the Service
Loyella offers a loyalty program enabling consumers to upload receipts and earn rewards (e.g., a free lunch) by shopping with businesses participating in the program. Businesses can join the program and utilize Loyella’s marketing tools to strengthen customer relationships.
3. User Information and Account Creation
To use Loyella’s loyalty program, users must create an account by providing contact information (e.g., name, email address) and any other necessary details. Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account passwords and other login credentials. Users agree to notify Loyella immediately if they detect unauthorized use of their account or suspect their account information has been compromised.
4. Right to Use
Loyella grants users a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the service under these terms of use. This right remains valid as long as the user complies with these terms.
5. Rewards and Loyalty Program Terms
The loyalty program works by allowing users to upload their purchase receipts to the service to earn rewards (e.g., a free lunch) after collecting a specified number of receipts. Users are responsible for ensuring that uploaded receipts are genuine. If a business is not yet part of the program, Loyella provides alternative benefits through partner businesses.
Loyella reserves the right to modify rewards and program terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to users via the app or website.
6. Businesses and Third Parties
Participating businesses offer rewards to their loyal customers. Loyella is not responsible for the actions of these businesses or the quality of their products/services. Loyella is not a party to any agreements between businesses and consumers.
7. User Obligations
Users agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and comply with applicable laws, these terms, and any additional guidelines provided by Loyella. Users must not misuse the service, such as by uploading fraudulent receipts or engaging in deceptive activities.
8. Processing of Personal Data
Loyella processes users’ personal data in accordance with its privacy policy. By registering, users accept the terms of the privacy policy and consent to their data being processed to enable the service.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights related to the service, including trademarks, logos, software, and content, belong to Loyella or its partners. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any service-related content without prior written permission from Loyella.
10. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is,” without any explicit or implied warranties. Loyella is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of the service, such as lost revenue, data, or opportunities.
Loyella does not guarantee error-free operation or uninterrupted availability of the service but strives to ensure the service is accessible without significant disruptions.
11. Changes to the Terms
Loyella reserves the right to modify these terms of use at any time. Users will be informed of significant changes via email or through the service. By continuing to use the service after such changes, users accept the updated terms.
12. Termination of the Service
Users may terminate their use of the service and close their account at any time by contacting Loyella’s customer service. Loyella reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user’s account and access to the service if the user violates these terms or uses the service unlawfully.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes arising from these terms or the service shall be resolved in the District Court of Helsinki, unless mandatory legislation requires otherwise.
